Aligning yourself for happier days and ways.

So, how did you do with yourself?  While taking a day to spend with your mind and every thought that passes it, ask yourself this question,  Are you happy?
I am finding that when my awareness is in prime time working condition, it makes it much easier to enjoy and be present.   It is a time for me to align myself not just physically but in other aspects of my life.  Sometimes when we are in this alignment way, we find that purging can be so helpful.   Whether it be aligning for a golf swing, yoga posture, or life situations, when you purge yourself of old habits and thoughts, or purging your closet of clothes no longer used, this opens up and makes room for other helpful thoughts, ways and new perspectives.   This is a beautiful healing and opening for growth.
As our summer days begin to fade, and fall starts to unfold with all its colorful beauty and coolness, it may be time to turn over that falling leaf and start harvesting your own happiness.  Happiness is an inside job.   Start each day with an affirmation to set the tone of your day.  Make that affirmation  a focus on one of your gifts.  Maybe you are an extremely patient person, or show others kindness with your smile, whatever it is share a gift of yourself each day and not only will you see your happiness grow but also others will benefit too.   Yes, I am happier today then yesterday.  And you?
Surround yourself with that that makes you happy.
